How often do you update your sale items?
We scan all of the major skiing and snowboarding online shopping
sites daily looking for deals.

or provide feedback on resorts, equipment or any
services listed on this

If I see a deal, can I email you information on the sale?
Sure, but there is no guarantee that we will list the sale or
promotion on any of our web pages. Sale information
may change by the time we
receive the email as well. There is NO
compensation for emailing any sales
or promotional items to the
Skiheart.com website.
Why do some of the links not work correctly?
When Skiheart posts the links for sales, product manufacturers,
resort
websites or other third party websites, we check the links
for errors, but
all links are subject to change based on the merchant or manufacturer
who may change the website link to their
site. Sometimes product is sold out
and the vendor eliminates or changes
the link that includes the sale.
Do you sell any products on your site?
No. Skiheart doesn’t sell any products on its site. We search the
web and
post information to help our viewers. We are an online
news service only.
How do I buy a product through your website?
On most of our web pages we include the vendor name,
information
about the sale and a hyperlink to the item or items
that are on sale. Just
click on the link to find out how to buy the
product through the merchant.
Again, we aren’t selling these items,
we just direct you to the merchant who
has the sale. All questions
about shipping, payment methods, or orders
should be directed
to the merchant who sold you the product.
How do you find or pick sales items?
We search the web for deals on skis, snowboard, gear, clothes,
etc. for
great deals on products. We don’t guarantee that these
are the lowest
prices, but just try to find the best deals we can.
Plus, some deals sometime expire after we list them.
Again, this is an online
news service only and we try our best to
list those sales in a timely basis.
How do you pick the retail merchants listed on your site?
We search the web for sites that have the greatest selection of
products
and services and list their sites. We don’t guarantee
products or services
from any of these merchants. We just compiled
a list of some of the sites we
like to use. In addition, some merchants
are able to purchase advertising
banner ads or links on our web
site to increase their exposure or to help
sell their product or
service.
Why is the price different on your site and the merchant website?
We check each item's originial and sale price before
the item is listed
on our site. However, items on sale can change quickly
based on the
merchant’s decisions. If you see a deal that’s no longer
listed, just shoot us
an email and we’ll update or delete the deal
as soon as possible.
