Membership to SkiHeart.com is free to ski and snowboard clubs. As a member of SkiHeart.com you represent that you are of sufficient legal age. In addition, you certify that you are responsible for all legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the SkiHeart.com website. SkiHeart.com reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms of use at any time. Any modifications will become effective immediately upon posting. You agree not to post any content that is harmful, unlawful, threatening, harassing, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, or is harmful to minors in any way. This includes any actions that that intimidates or is hateful toward an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability. Any ski or snowboard club that includes harmful, unlawful, threatening, harassing, pornographic, defamatory, libelous images on its respective website will NOT be included in our directory. Skiheart.com reserves the right to reject or delete ANY ski or snowboard club listing at anytime. You agree to not impersonates any person or company, including, but not limited to, a SkiHeart.com employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a specific ski or snowboard club. In addition, you may not include personal or identifying information about another person in any posting.

You may not make unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose. You agree not to post any information or material which may be considered privileged or confidential. If you feel you have posted information that is sensitive and are unable to remove it yourself, please email us and we will make our best efforts to remove the sensitive information in a timely basis.

You agree that SkiHeart.com, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the SkiHeart.com website (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any content within the SkiHeart.com website, for any reason, including, without limitation.
